• Account data: email address, username, display name, password (hashed), preferred language.
• Profile data: bio, country, availability, skills, social links and avatar you choose to add.
• Content: posts, messages, campaigns, applications, reviews and uploaded media.
• Channel data: public statistics retrieved via the YouTube Data API when you connect a channel.
• Payment data: billing details handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs.

• To create and manage your account and profile;
• To provide the Platform’s features and AI tooling;
• To process payments and subscriptions;
• To keep the Platform secure and prevent abuse;
• To communicate with you about your account and, with consent, about updates;
• To comply with legal obligations.

• Performance of a contract — to provide the services you sign up for;
• Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Platform;
• Consent — for non-essential cookies and marketing communications;
• Legal obligation — to meet accounting and other statutory requirements.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after closure, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, invoices are retained for 7 years under Dutch tax law).

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data;
• rectify inaccurate data;
• erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time.

We share data only with processors that help us run the Platform:

• Stripe — payments and subscriptions;
• Cloudflare R2 — media and file storage;
• Google and Discord — OAuth sign-in;
• YouTube Data API — channel statistics;
• OpenRouter and Google Gemini — AI generation.

Some processors may transfer data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
