Privacy Policy
How we handle your personal data, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This is a template that should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use. It does not constitute legal advice.
1. Data controller
Fezco is the controller responsible for processing your personal data. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact dylanjansen018@gmail.com.
2. Which personal data we process
- Account data: email address, username, display name, password (hashed), preferred language.
- Profile data: bio, country, availability, skills, social links and avatar you choose to add.
- Content: posts, messages, campaigns, applications, reviews and uploaded media.
- Channel data: public statistics retrieved via the YouTube Data API when you connect a channel.
- Payment data: billing details handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs.
3. Purposes of processing
- To create and manage your account and profile;
- To provide the Platform’s features and AI tooling;
- To process payments and subscriptions;
- To keep the Platform secure and prevent abuse;
- To communicate with you about your account and, with consent, about updates;
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
- Performance of a contract — to provide the services you sign up for;
- Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Platform;
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and marketing communications;
- Legal obligation — to meet accounting and other statutory requirements.
5. Retention periods
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after closure, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, invoices are retained for 7 years under Dutch tax law).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time.

7. Sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with processors that help us run the Platform:
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions;
- Cloudflare R2 — media and file storage;
- Google and Discord — OAuth sign-in;
- YouTube Data API — channel statistics;
- OpenRouter and Google Gemini — AI generation.
Some processors may transfer data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Complaints
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
