Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Fezco (“the Platform”), a service operated from the Netherlands that helps creators form teams, launch campaigns, build communities and collaborate. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Fezco. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• One person or organisation may not impersonate another.

When using Fezco you agree not to:

• Post unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or misleading content;
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Platform;
• Scrape, resell or systematically extract data without our written permission;
• Use the Platform to defraud other creators or to circumvent payment.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Fezco a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you post, including clips, edits, artwork and channel data.

Paid plans and marketplace transactions are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Statutory rights of withdrawal under Dutch and EU consumer law apply where relevant.

The AI Strategist generates suggestions (trends, concepts and scripts) using third-party language models. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for inspiration only. You remain responsible for what you publish.

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Fezco is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Dutch law.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, the licences you granted end except where content has already been shared with others.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Platform or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
